Architectural Walkthroughs are the unique marketing tool
that allows clients to exhibit and sell their ideas, project or design as it
will look upon completion. This presentation provides for the visualization of
actual materials, preview of interior and its lighting, preview of how the
climate or environment can affect and how the project will amalgamate with its
environment and surrounding. The walkthrough incorporates the panoramic view of
the building’s interior and its surrounding and provides a feel of what the
completion would be. It also provides with design options that can be explored
and areas where improvement can occur as the project progresses.
·
Architecturalvisualization is the art of creating two-dimensional images or animations
showing the attributes of a proposed architectural design. The visualization of
the design provides for the prospective clients to see how the end product is
going to be. It provides an opportunity for the developer or architect to give
the design more aesthetic and humanistic look. It also provides them with the
room for improvement in their design and resolve any issues that the design
might have after completion (as there can be a difference between design and
the construction)

Rendering is the process of generating an
image from a model (or models in what collectively could be called a scene
file), by means of computer programs. A scene file contains objects in a
strictly defined language or data structure; it would contain geometry,
viewpoint, texture, lighting, and shading information as a description of the
virtual scene. The data contained in the scene file is then passed to a
rendering program to be processed and output to a digital image or raster
graphics image file.Architecturalrenderings are the images generating to depict the final or end product of
an architectural design.

3Danimation is the process of generating 3D static and dynamic imagery by
using computer graphics. 3D animation provides for more controllable processes
and allows modifying the design, product or process. It also allows for
creating a visual reference without a significant cost or investment and
potential risk or danger. The animation is a good method to pursue creativity
and expand imagination to show that which cannot be done physically.
·
Productanimation is a very effective marketing tool that utilizes computer
graphics to depict attributes, features and functionality of a product. It
allows for manufacturers and marketers to effectively describe and define their
product to the minutest details. Product animation can also be combined with
other animations to produce a well-defined presentation to effectively convey
the brand, product or company’s message.
·
3Dmodeling is the process of generating an image (called a 3D model), to
depict an object or surface in 2-dimensional or 3-dimensional. These 3D models
are widely used to develop two-dimensional images, used in simulations, or
walkthroughs. It has a wide variety of uses with architecture, medical,
science, engineering, video games, and film industry.
